Me descargue el juego por la plataforma Steam. La idea basica esta bien, es entretenido, y divertido. Lo que habas en el video no es lo mismo un diseño 2D que 3D, en tu juego solo es 2D, aunque verlo en 3D seria fascinante. Por otro lado, si esto lo aplicas a Motores de vapor; Expansion Simple, Expansion Doble, Expansion Triple, o como el motor del Titanic Expansion triple de 4 cilindros ... Eso te daria poco mas de trabajo, y podrias incluir 4 tipos de motores. Solo comprender que cada vez que el vapor expande de un cilindro a otro el nuevo cilindro a de ser de mayor tamaño. Si sabes de mecanica suficiente entenderas lo que digo... Lo mismo podrias hace para estudio de motores de Aire Comprimido, que en estos no hay termodinamica. Bueno no pongas precio al juego, por lo jugado no merece el pago por ello. Como juego es tan basico y tan simple que no merece pagar. Por ultimo por favor, pon un ajuste visual a la valvula de entrada de agua, no hay manera de saber cuanto esta abierta. Wish modern day racing games (like forza 5, nfs unbound and many others) could fix their engine sounds when gears are shifted. There is a few milliseconds of engine revs between the moments of shifting gears from one to another, these days most of them just jump from one rev to the next, sounds awkward, cheap and unnatural. Older racing games like NFS Underground 2 at least got that mostly right.

Is there any way to export the audio for use as audio clips for a video game? Just messing around in Unreal Engine 4 with a little racing game prototype I've built over a couple of months, and it would be great if sounds could be used inside unreal engine. Keep up the great work!

The demonstration in the end sounds like a mix of a clarinet and a harmonica. What do you guys think? I once heard of a study showing that if you remove the initial hit/blow/strike on an instrument, humans usually have a hard time hearing from instrument the sound came from. Just a thought.

Could somebody make a nakajima homare radial on this? It’s basically an 18 cylinder radial formula 1/motorcycle engine used in the nakajima KI-84 Hayate fighter aircraft and I’ve been incredibly anxious to hear what it sounds like! But I’m not smart enough to code an entire engine all on my own!

You should look into 2D motion blur on the cross section animation. Just straight sampling results in temporal aliasing and you lose all of that juicy high speed information. You might need the animation to run at 1+ kHz to make a convincing result.
